Heritage – Honourable Mention
The Fraser Valley Heritage Railway Society is devoted to bringing back the British Columbia Electric Railway. In this painting the BCER 1225 has been remarkably restored by volunteers and is seen parked beside Cloverdale station. Local ‘conductors’ are chatting before taking the next group of families on their journey of smiles and happiness to the beautiful sites of the Fraser Valley.
