Ticket Information

Surrey’s Heritage Rail offers two experiences, the Sullivan Excursion (a train ride on the Interurban), and the Discovery Centre Tour.

Experience the adventure! Explore our heritage! Take a train ride and a tour! You are welcome to bring a lunch and use our picnic tables. Make an afternoon of it!

* Please note the ride and the tour are each priced and ticketed separately. If you would like to ride the train and take a tour please purchase tickets for each experience.

The Sullivan Excursion

Trains operate on weekends only (Saturday and Sunday), four trains a day. We do not operate on holiday Mondays.

Trains board 10 minutes before departure. Please be at the station at least 15 minutes before departure.

The Schedule

1. First Train:  10:00 am
2. Second Train: 11:30 am
3. Third Train: 1:30 pm
4. Fourth/ and Last Train: 3:00 pm

The Route

All trains depart from the Cloverdale Station (Hwy 10 & 176A St) and the round trip is approximately 55 minutes long.  The route goes from Cloverdale to Sullivan Station (64 Ave. & 152 St.) and immediately returns to Cloverdale. There is no stop at the Sullivan Station.

The Discovery Centre Tour

Tours are approximately one hour long.

Station Hours

Cloverdale Station opens at 9:30 am – closes after the passengers return on the last train – usually about 4pm.  As with any railway, motive power, schedules and fares are subject to change without notice. Adverse weather conditions or technical/safety problems may prevent operations.   Always check with our website and Facebook page for the most current information. We will post any changes there.

Please note that tickets are sold for available seats; if you have a ticket, you will have a seat.

Accessibility

The station and train are accessible for those with disabilities. Wheelchair passengers must be able to transfer to our transit wheelchair to pass through the narrow train doorways. All wheelchair passengers must be able to transfer to the fixed seating on the train.

Accessible washrooms are available at the station.

Parking

Passenger parking is available at the East side (the HWY 10 side) of the Cloverdale Station.

Please do not park in the Clydesdale Inn or Country Diner parking lots adjacent to the station.
