Tweleve Twenty Five – Honourable Mention
This art piece was created from a photo taken on the day of my first ride on the BCER 1225 train. It was like taking a trip through history and I had no idea this gem was hidden so close to home. This artwork was a personal challenge to do something larger scale and close to photo realism using pastels, and it certainly was my most ambitious pastel piece to date. This piece will always remind me of the sense of adventure that a train journey brings.
